About Us

At The New Me, we are a faith-based re-entry program that is determined to provide individuals with a supportive community and resources to help them succeed. We were founded in 2015 on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance. Our team of social workers and peer mentors are dedicated to helping men, women, and youth successfully transition back into society. Our community-based program is designed to help individuals reestablish themselves and successfully reintegrate back into society. With a focus on faith-based support, we provide a range of services such as employment assistance, housing support, and substance abuse counseling. We understand that the process of re-entry can be challenging and overwhelming, which is why our team is here to offer guidance and support every step of the way.
